Rebecca has been involved in Service Management since 2008 when somebody said, we should have a service desk. After being Incident Manager, Problem manager, Change Manager and leading the SM team, it was time to get stuck into DevOps and Optimisation. She has spent the last year reducing red tape, and performing experiments to attempt to start the revolution for culture @IR. Passionate about making a difference and big ideas.
